Hello! I'm a Mom of three who found out how healthy glucose management is the foundation of health and energy! Even before my 2 sons were diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes (where blood sugar levels are critical) I fell in love with the simple and efficient system to maintain good health which includes healthy glucose management.
My goal is to lighten your load & take away the overwhelm of not knowing where to start with feeling your best. I'm here to share the daily tools (and tips) my health team has found to work best.

Not that long ago my son was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes
